Cozy corner of paradise 🌊
What a lekker stay! The beach views were absolutely stunning, and we loved chilling with Marley the dog who just wanted all the belly rubs. The brekkie was top-notch, just what we needed after a long day travelin'.
Just one local restaurant which was fully booked, but we found a great spot nearby!

The room offered stunning beach views that were quite refreshing and made the experience enjoyable. It provided a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of trekking the NC500.
The bathroom arrangement felt misleading. a spacious bathroom down a public corridor is not en-suite and isn't what you'd expect. the lack of ventilation made for a musty and damp atmosphere, making it uncomfortable at times. The earthing wire in the bathroom needs connecting, otherwise, it's just a useless feature.

Had a fantastic stay at Sheiling B&B. Rolf offered outstanding hospitality. nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the gorgeous view of the beach from my double room with a sea view. The breakfast options were delightful, featuring home-made items. Marley the dog was a highlight, always eager for belly rubs! On the downside, the room decor felt a bit dated, and the separate private bathroom required a short walk down the hallway, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was top-notch, with a relaxing ambiance and excellent recommendations from Rolf about local dining options. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing NC500 journey, especially for those travelling with pets.

We got such a warm welcome after our long bike ride, and the breakfast was just perfect to fuel us up for the day! Enjoying the garden area and chilling in the leisure room really helped us unwind after a busy schedule. The only minor thing was the bathroom setup, which was a bit of a trek down the hallway, but it didn't take away from the awesome atmosphere we experienced! 🌟

Just a decent option for a short visit in Melvich with excellent value for money. The warm, powerful shower was great after a long drive. Make sure to bring what you need for the bathroom as it's down the hall.

Couples looking for a gem!
Rolf (and his adorable lab Marley). The cozy room had these amazing beach views. We had amazing meals prepared by Rolf, with local ingredients that made everything taste fresh and delicious. That packed lunch hit the spot while we explored the area!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you pay for quality here, and it’s worth it.

The Double Room with Sea View was spacious and really comfortable! Seriously loved the stunning beach views, and the decor had this lovely charm. Rolf, the host, was super attentive, which made me feel right at home. Plus, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room—everything felt fresh. Just a heads up, it was a bit of a trek to get to the private bathroom, but it wasn't a huge deal. A cozy spot while exploring the NC500!
